4. The Committee to review and accept the agenda.

5. The Committee to review minutes of 12/17/12.

6. The Administrator to give report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor

i. Medicaid

ii. Medicare/Insurance

iii. Private Pay

iv. Family Care

b. Report on outstanding grievances

7. The Committee to hear from Melissa Goke Business Office Manager regarding December ‘12 financials.

8. The Committee to Review and Approve Receipts and Disbursements for November and December ‘12.

9. Adjournment.
