6. The Administrator to give report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor

i. Medicaid

ii. Medicare/Insurance

iii. Private Pay

iv. Family Care

b. Report on outstanding grievances

7. The Committee to hear from Melissa Goke Business Office Manager regarding October ’12 financials.

8. The Committee to Review and Approve Receipts and Disbursements for October ‘12.

9. The Committee to hear from Tonya Boutwell, Director of Nursing regarding departmental concerns and accomplishments.

10. Tour of remodeled Therapy Space.

11. Adjournment.
