AGENDA ITEM(S):

1. Consider motion to rescind action previously taken on July 9, 2014 related to item No. 7.  On July 9, 2014, committee meeting agenda.  Appeal of the Board of Adjustment – Ryan Brown.  Following consideration of motion to rescind, Committee may take further action in relation to item below.

a.  The Board of Adjustment decision made on June 12, 2014 on the Archie & Margaret Overby property:  Located in Sec. 3, Town of Dayton, lying along East Miner Drive, Fire Number N2495, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for an after the fact Petition for Grant of Variance to allow two (2) dwelling units on one parcel and which will not meet the required minimum shoreline frontage for the additional dwelling unit in an SR-20 (Sewered Residential Single-Family) District.

Planning and Zoning Director Ryan Brown requesting to spend funds from their budget for an outside attorney if necessary.
