Third Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. as follows, with exceptions, as noted:

October 28 - last Tuesday of the month

**November 12, Wed. - Budget 2nd Tues. 9:00 a.m.when it falls on Veterans day, it shall be the succeeding day per Wis. Stats. 59.11
