11.      APPOINTMENTS:  Re-appoint: Jeanette Newell, Humane Officer for Waupaca County as a contact person.  LEPC(Local Emergency Planning Committee):  remove Annette Ziebell,  as an Industry Rep. (Churney) and replace with Dave Schmidt (Argopur); appoint Eric Rasmussen as alternate Industry Rep. (Argopur);  Board of Adjustment temporary appointment, Jackie Beyer, Town of Little Wolf.
